  I called and asked how much it would be to have someone look at a septic tank. The man told me they provide free estimates and would be out the following morning. When he didn't show up, I called the next day. A different man answered and told me they didn't show up because they were tired of people like me taking advantage of their free estimates and that it would be an $85 service charge to look at anything. What a waste of time!
